The TMS 2014 Annual Meeting & Exhibition is now open for abstract submissions!


Present your work to an international audience of more than 4,000 materials scientists and engineers. With nearly 70 symposia planned, TMS2014 offers the opportunity to share your work with a diverse audience of leaders from industry, academia, and government on a variety of topics.

This year¡¯s symposia are divided into 11 technical tracks:

  • Advances in Processing and Fabrication
  • Biomaterials and Biological Materials
  • Computational Modeling and Simulation
  • Extraction and Processing
  • Light Metals
  • Materials for Energy and Sustainability

  • Phase Formations, Transformations, and Stability in Advanced Materials

TMS2014 will be held February 16-20, 2014 in San Diego, California. The deadline to submit abstracts is July 1, 2013.

About the TMS Annual Meeting
The TMS Annual Meeting & Exhibition has provided a forum for sharing materials innovations for more than 140 years. This annual gathering attracts more than 4,000 materials professionals and students from more than 70 countries and provides an opportunity for materials professionals from industry, government, and academia to exchange research and make valuable technical connections. TMS 2014 is organized by The Minerals, Metals & Materials Society (TMS), a member-driven organization that serves 12,000 materials scientists and engineers.
